Dear Sir,Re: Charge against Judge Zainon binti Mohd. Ali for CRIMINALLY ABETTING RESPONDENTS IN THE COMMISSION OF THEIR CRIMIES.KL. High Court Originating Petition No: D2-26-41-2001 Lim Choi Yin v. McLaren Saksama(Malaysia)Sdn Bhd & 5 others.I was a registered member of the Malaysian Bar (1967 to 1978). In 2001, My wife took out a petition to wind up her company, but her petition was opposed by parties who are “trespassers” or total “strangers”; alleging ownership of share that were void according to the law laid down in the case of Kelepa Sawit (Telok Anson)Sdn. Bhd. v. Yeah Kim Leng (1990), Court of Appeal, quoted below.Judge Zainon J, the presiding judge acted pro-actively; and in a manner that made her abet the criminal actions and criminal conduct of the respondents.
I hold Zainon J personally liable and accountable for her own criminal conduct and actions.I charge Zainon binti Mohd. Ali J with abetting the following criminal offences under the penal code namely:(1) ABETTING PERJURY(2) ABETTING FORGERY(3) ABETTING CONSPIRACY TO COMMIT FRAUD(4) ABETTING FRAUD(5) ABETTING CONSPIRACY TO PERVERT THE COURSE OF JUSTICE(6) ABETTING PERVERTING THE COURSE OF JUSTICE(7) ABETTING CONSPIRACY TO OBSTRUCT THE COURSE OF JUSTICEI am charging Zainon J with abetting the respondents in their perpetration of the crimes of perjury and forgery and abetment of related offences as listed below in the performance of her duties as the presiding judge;
I charge her for protecting the respondents from prosecution by acting in opposition to the requirements of the law of evidence, procedure, and substantive law.
Judge Zainon at all times acted in a manner
- that extended her protection to the respondents Stephen Lim Cheng Ban, Wong Kem Chen and Kwong Sea Yoon from prosecution of the Laws; and- that at all times she knew that her actions concealed the criminal conduct of said respondents, and their crimes.
...I will give my right arm to know if Zainon J had acted so shamelessly because Inche Haris Onn bin Hussein Onn, son of former Prime Minister Tun Hussein Onn and brother to one of the serving Minister in the present government cabinet, and is one of the respondents.I refer to my wife’s petition registered under the title and Parties named in the Petition as reproduced at the bottom of this letter; and for convenience, hereinafter referred to as the said Petition.
Judge Zainon refused Petitioner’s application for leave to cross examine Respondents on their supporting affidavits to prove perjury.
Zainon J. criminally and dishonestly CONTRIVED the withdrawal of Petitioner’s application to cross examine Respondents as aforesaid above;
Zainon J. asked petitioner’s solicitor to request that Petitioner withdraw her application to cross examine Respondents; but Petitioner REFUSED to withdraw. Zainon J. then approved Respondents’ application for security for costs and denying Petitioner leave to cross examine;

RISE OF THE PHOENIX (Part 4)
I will state at the outset that this Part 4 of my 5 Part discussion is in many ways the most important part of my argument. I like to observe that I do not re-read what I have written because as a fact I get a bit bothered by details and consequently I left my last sentence of Part 3 left unfinished, but that is OK, I will continue from there on.
I meant to say that as the MIC, MCA & UMNO are race based Parties, and relics of a colonial past, and that they have become real barrier blocks to the assimilation and UNION of all Malaysians into one common citizenship, THEY (MCA, MIC & UMNO) ALL NEED TO BE “BROKEN UP INTO SMALL PIECES ANS THROWN AWAY IN THE DUSTBIN OF HISTORY” AND REPLACED BY POLITICAL INSTITUTIONS AND PARTIES THAT CUT ACROSS RACE DIVIDES AND BECOME IDEALOGICALLY BASED POLITICAL PARTIES. There is no place for racism in Malaysia and yet we see those political hacks in the UMNO each trying to be more strident in their clarion call to rally the Malays to inflict more and more intolerable means to cause more and ever more UNHAPPINESS ON THE MONORITY RACES OF MALAYSIA. This is the direct consequences of RACE BASED POLITICS. My thesis is that only when UMNO is “neutralized” (or castrated ) will Malaysia become ONE NATION AND ONE PEOPLE. Therefore, from my perspective, Dato Seri Anwar’s Keadilan joined to the DAP plus the PAS is the correct solution for a modern Malaysia.
Fortunately for Malaysia, this is the year that will see the defeat of the BARISAN NATIONAL ALLIANCE; I can see from all the way in Australia that this coming election will be the last election to see the BN form government. I read in this morning’s STAR newspaper that PM Badawi had spent an inordinately long session at his press conference at the “Chinese Room” don’t know what that is; anyway this observation is indication that he is very apprehensive at the prospect of Gerakan loosing government, all the better for Keadilan, DAP and PAS in the coming election. I said that this part 5 is the most important part of my discussion and so it is because I am putting forward a proposal that is radically different from the politics of the past 50 years. MY STRATEGY IS FOR PAS, KEADILAN, AND DAP to publicly announce that they have jointly achieved consensus TO INSTAL DATO SERI ANWAR IBEAHIM AS THE SUPREMO OF THE ALLIANCE OF DAP, PAS AND KEADILAN AND THAT DATO ANWAR WILL BE THE PRIME MINISTER IF THEIR ALLIANCE GETS TO FORM GOVERNMENT AND THAT THE LEADER OF PAS WILL BE THE DEPUTY PRIME MINISTER, AND THAT MR LIM KIT SIANG WILL BE APPOINTED FOREIGN MINISTER OF THIS GOVERNMENT. I recommend that this arrangement be publicly announced as soon as possible.
I say to all the 3 leaders of Keadilan(Dato Anwar), DAP (Mr Lim Kit Siang) and PAS (leader ? I do not know who) This strategy is absolutely the mirror of what is fact is the position among the Alliance that form Barisan National, BUT with a difference UMNO is now in the throes of IRRELEVANCE AND UMNO IS LED BY A WEAK LEADER WHO VERY OFTEN SLEEPS DURING PARLIAMENTRY SESSIONS. There is the other more important difference, and that is that all 3 parties, DAP< PAS and Keadilan will focus on defeating UMNO; and for this aim I say to DAP that it is totally irrelevant how many “seats” DAP get or who will contest which constituency; I say since we have appointed Dato Anwar as our Supremo we give him dictatorship powers. My strategy is to project to the Malays that we CHINESE HAVE TAKEN UPON OURSELVES TO ABDICATE OUR STATUS AS EQUAL CITIZENS AND ONLY SEEK JUST AND EQUAL LEGAL STATUS WITH ALL MALAYSIANS. My proposal at first glance look like we have surrendered our rights as equal citizens, BUT IF YOU LOOK AT WHAT IS FACTUALLY ON THE GROUND, you will see that what have said in my proposal is already “FACTS ON THE GROUND” At least in my proposal we Chinese & Indians believe that with this new change we may find FRESH THINKING BY A MORE EDUCATED PRIME MINISTER AND HOPEFULLY A MORE VISIONERY LEADER IN DATO ANWAR.
In my proposal I touted the leader of PAS to be the DEPUTY PRIME MINISTER and this is to assure the Malays that this new alliance has also entrenched one of theirs as the number 2 leader of the government; therefore in every way ours is a mirror of the BN except for positive improvements to my proposals. I say to our Chinese & Indian brothers that we minority races in Malaysia have over 50 years in the Barisan National Alliance descended RIGHT DOWN TO ROCK BOTTOM and we cannot go down any further and for us the only way is UP from here.
I read in the Straits Times that Tun Mahatir said of the possibility of Dato Seri Anwar becoming PRIME MINISTER AS DAY DREAMING; I cannot disagree more; I see Dato Anwar as one of the GREAT ASIAN POLITICIANS OF THE 21ST CENTURY. Consider this, he was unjustly demonized by Tun Mahatir who Dato Anwar held in the highest esteem and of whom Dato Anwar considered as close to a father as they could ever be, and Tun Mahatir BETRAYED HIM. I remember reading of the incident which was published publicly that at the time of the 1987 financial crisis. It was said that the disagreement between Mahatir vs. Dato Anwar boiled to the surface and that Dato Anwar was advantaged and at the tipping point of DISPLACING MAHATIR AS PRIME MINISTER. Dato Anwar was called by Mahatir to Mahatir’s house to discuss an issue and that Dato Anwar found Mahatir in tears; at this point details are very sketchy but from accounts Dato Anwar “LET MAHATIR GO FREE”. Dato Anwar let his opportunity go and in politics that is fatal as it has been provened. THIS STORY SHOWS THE MAGNANIMITY OF Dato Anwar Ibrahim; a man with a heart of all out doors, and leader with a heart, a rare breed of man.
I say to Mr Lim Kit Siang, that age has cought up with him. Mr Lim has lost the fire of his younger years and today’s Lim Kit Siang is a mild & mellowed man, a picture of conservatism. Time to retire Mr Lim and let a younger man take the lead.
My strategy is to offer to Malays, Chinese & Indians a viable alternative to that is an old and tired UMNO that has never had any vision for Malaysia. Their only strategy whenever an election comes along is to play the RACE CARD. UMNO has no solutions other than to pick on the Chinese. 50 years of bullshit ! All Malaysians want an alternative and the duty of PAS, DAP and Keadilan is to give our Malaysian people an ARTICULATED ALTERNATIVE.
I say to Prof. Dr. Dato Seri Anwar Ibrahim to pay NO HEED to the babbling of a crusty oil man’s rants. Tun Mahatir is retired and nothing is more helpless than a retired old man who still thinks he has people wanting to listen to him. Take the case of Dato Raffidah Aziz (Minister of Commerce) who when Mahatir was Prime Minister, she world gladly lick the shoes of Mahatir, and now that Mahatir is retired, she has no time even to take his phone calls. Mahatir is a bitter old man. Just pay him no heed.

PHOENIX RISES (Part 3)
The continued existence of UMNO, MIC and MCA are the natural “barrier” blocks to the assimilation and natural union of all Malaysians into one modern nation that find commonality as the glue of shared values rather than as separating walls that divide our respective races. Malaysia today is the same Malaysia as in 1957, the first days of Merdeka. Unlike most nations that have progressed and become ONE PEOPLE since becoming independent from their colonial masters, Malaysia today is still disparate and sectarian and consequently Malaysia is a weak third world and backward nation of a post colonial era, and to illustrate my point there is no escaping from a comparison with what Singapore has become with what Malaysia is today. Yes ! it hurts for you Malays to compare Malaysia with the transformation of Singapore and their achievements. It will not be too remote to say that Singapore exist in a different dimension altogether when Malaysia is compared to her and her people. Malaysia today is 28 million people and Singapore has a population of 4.5 million; will it be too hurtful if I say that the per capita income of Singapore is higher than that of
Australia’s ?
In a lecture given by MM Lee Kuan Yew to a business conference dinner in DOHA( I think it was DOHA) Mr Lee was asked what to his thinking was the key to the tremendous leap of success achieved by Singapore in such a short time ? His reply was unabashedly and very matter of fact said, he attributed Singapore’s success to the CHINESE AND THE INDIANS. This lecture was reported in the Straits Times (Singapore’s of course) just about a week ago, and if you are quick enough you can still read it on the internet. I am not a Malaysian any longer and I will say what is the truth. To the Malays, I say look at what you as a PERSON HAVE ACHIEVED, IN THE ENVIRONMENT THAT YOU LIVE IN, IN THE SO CALLED AFFIRMATIVE SUPPORT THAT MALAYSIA SO NOTORIOUSLY ENTRENCHED. Do not hide your head in the sand as you are wont to do, but to be honest to yourself and really look at yourself critically, WHAT HAVE YOU AS A PERSON WITH THE CRUTCH OF AFFIRMATIVE ACTION.ACHIEVED IN TRUTH. To cut to the chase, so to speak, the Malaysian affirmative action spent billions of ringgit to produce a large class of privileged BUREAUCRATS, because most of those who hold degrees are trained in disciplines that have no practical APPLICATION, as for example in areas mostly in the arts or they were graduated below acceptable academic standards. Yes ! you can go on and protest all you like but we all know don’t we ? It is also the truth that most Malays do not find the study of science & Math. Easy and that is one reason why very few Malays pursue a course in science. In the modern world for a nation to progress, they must produce a large & ready pool of technocrats trained in the sciences; but in Malaysia these technocrats are as rare as whales tooth.
On the other hand the Chinese & Indians take to science and engineering as natural as ducks to water and it is this pool of talents that Australia too is too short of for the booming mining industry fueled by the insatiable demand for mineral resources by the people’s Republic of China. I say to our Chinese & Indian brothers who are engineers and professionally trained to emigrate to Australia; but if you choose to stay then it is mandatory that you must promote change in the Malaysian environment. Our young Indians & Chinese brother must realize that it is the sacrifice of their parents that made it possible for them to pursue their course of study and for them to earn enough to pay off their upkeep while they studied they need to find employment that will be sufficient for them to repay their debt. In Australia the average income for a first degree in his first year of employment is AUD35,000/ year; that will be equivalent to ringgit 100,000/ year. In Malaysia, I believe the first year pays you only a monthly salary of about RM1,500; and that will only give you RM18,000/year, hardly enough for a person to live on his own. Many Malaysian families have skimed to put their children through an Australian school so that upon graduation and after 1 year at work in the country of your origin, you become eligible to apply for permanent residence in Australia.
For the past 40 years, UMNO was the natural Malay party that can form government, because under the Malaysian Constitution, the Prime Minister has to be a MALAY. While the PMIP (Pas known then) was a Malay Party, because it was religious based, they were unable to appeal for support from the non-Malays. There was gridlock in this sense and this went on until the falling out of Dato Seri Anwar with TUN Mahatir; and this falling out created opportunity FOR AN ALTERNATIVE OPPOSITION PARTY THAT CAN ALSO FORM GOVERNMENT UNDER THE CONSTITUTION. To say the least, the existence of Party Keadilan plus DAP plus PAS is a “mirror” image of the Barisan National Party; essentially the opposition too is in composition essentially similar to that of the BN; except for one very big difference, Party Keadilan means “JUSTICE” in Bahasa; the JUSTICE PARTY. This is the big difference from my perspective, and a difference with great positive possibilities for the progress & advancement of Malaysia.

Need to be replaced by more modern and more realistic political institutions THAT CUTS ACROSS RACE DIVIDES and to this extent, I had earlier said that Keadilan Party serves this purpose snugly. Please bear in mind that so long as UMNO, MIC and MCA exist our Malaysian society will remain divided because Chinese can only support Chinese, Indians can only support Indians and Malays can only support. Yes, I understand that Indian can vote Chinese, but bear in mind that for those in the rural constituency being member of MIC makes the voter think he is obliged to vote Indian, and so too for the Chinese & Malays. The mold for MIC< MCA< and UMNO has to be destroyed, and in that sense Keadilan being called ‘the JUSTICE PARTY” is just such a party that serves to cut across race divides..
Prof. Dr Dato Seri Anwar Ibrahim has won my admiration and respect because he has had the courage to stand by his conviction and he like all those great world leaders,eg. Mahatma Ghandi, Nelson Mandela. Aung San So Kyi live by their conviction. I say to dato Seri, I take my hat off to you so to speak (I do not wear hats by the way).

PHOENIX RISES (Part 3)
The continued existence of UMNO, MIC and MCA are the natural “barrier” blocks to the assimilation and natural union of all Malaysians into one modern nation that find commonality as the glue of shared values rather than as separating walls that divide our respective races. Malaysia today is the same Malaysia as in 1957, the first days of Merdeka. Unlike most nations that have progressed and become ONE PEOPLE since becoming independent from their colonial masters, Malaysia today is still disparate and sectarian and consequently Malaysia is a weak third world and backward nation of a post colonial era, and to illustrate my point there is no escaping from a comparison with what Singapore has become with what Malaysia is today. Yes ! it hurts for you Malays to compare Malaysia with the transformation of Singapore and their achievements. It will not be too remote to say that Singapore exist in a different dimension altogether when Malaysia is compared to her and her people. Malaysia today is 28 million people and Singapore has a population of 4.5 million; will it be too hurtful if I say that the per capita income of Singapore is higher than that of
Australia’s ?
In a lecture given by MM Lee Kuan Yew to a business conference dinner in DOHA( I think it was DOHA) Mr Lee was asked what to his thinking was the key to the tremendous leap of success achieved by Singapore in such a short time ? His reply was unabashedly and very matter of fact said, he attributed Singapore’s success to the CHINESE AND THE INDIANS. This lecture was reported in the Straits Times (Singapore’s of course) just about a week ago, and if you are quick enough you can still read it on the internet. I am not a Malaysian any longer and I will say what is the truth. To the Malays, I say look at what you as a PERSON HAVE ACHIEVED, IN THE ENVIRONMENT THAT YOU LIVE IN, IN THE SO CALLED AFFIRMATIVE SUPPORT THAT MALAYSIA SO NOTORIOUSLY ENTRENCHED. Do not hide your head in the sand as you are wont to do, but to be honest to yourself and really look at yourself critically, WHAT HAVE YOU AS A PERSON WITH THE CRUTCH OF AFFIRMATIVE ACTION.ACHIEVED IN TRUTH. To cut to the chase, so to speak, the Malaysian affirmative action spent billions of ringgit to produce a large class of privileged BUREAUCRATS, because most of those who hold degrees are trained in disciplines that have no practical APPLICATION, as for example in areas mostly in the arts or they were graduated below acceptable academic standards. Yes ! you can go on and protest all you like but we all know don’t we ? It is also the truth that most Malays do not find the study of science & Math. Easy and that is one reason why very few Malays pursue a course in science. In the modern world for a nation to progress, they must produce a large & ready pool of technocrats trained in the sciences; but in Malaysia these technocrats are as rare as whales tooth.
On the other hand the Chinese & Indians take to science and engineering as natural as ducks to water and it is this pool of talents that Australia too is too short of for the booming mining industry fueled by the insatiable demand for mineral resources by the people’s Republic of China. I say to our Chinese & Indian brothers who are engineers and professionally trained to emigrate to Australia; but if you choose to stay then it is mandatory that you must promote change in the Malaysian environment. Our young Indians & Chinese brother must realize that it is the sacrifice of their parents that made it possible for them to pursue their course of study and for them to earn enough to pay off their upkeep while they studied they need to find employment that will be sufficient for them to repay their debt. In Australia the average income for a first degree in his first year of employment is AUD35,000/ year; that will be equivalent to ringgit 100,000/ year. In Malaysia, I believe the first year pays you only a monthly salary of about RM1,500; and that will only give you RM18,000/year, hardly enough for a person to live on his own. Many Malaysian families have skimed to put their children through an Australian school so that upon graduation and after 1 year at work in the country of your origin, you become eligible to apply for permanent residence in Australia.
For the past 40 years, UMNO was the natural Malay party that can form government, because under the Malaysian Constitution, the Prime Minister has to be a MALAY. While the PMIP (Pas known then) was a Malay Party, because it was religious based, they were unable to appeal for support from the non-Malays. There was gridlock in this sense and this went on until the falling out of Dato Seri Anwar with TUN Mahatir; and this falling out created opportunity FOR AN ALTERNATIVE OPPOSITION PARTY THAT CAN ALSO FORM GOVERNMENT UNDER THE CONSTITUTION. To say the least, the existence of Party Keadilan plus DAP plus PAS is a “mirror” image of the Barisan National Party; essentially the opposition too is in composition essentially similar to that of the BN; except for one very big difference, Party Keadilan means “JUSTICE” in Bahasa; the JUSTICE PARTY. This is the big difference from my perspective, and a difference with great positive possibilities for the progress & advancement of Malaysia.

I wish to be fair to Dr. Dato Anwar Ibrahim and I wish to state very clearly that I DO NOT REPRESENT HIS OPINION; and that he does not know me in any capacity. I speak for myself and I hope to offer our Chinese brothers in Malaysia some useful opinions to advance the communal interests of our Chinese brothers.
I see Dato Anwar as a saviour for our Chinese & Indian brothers; I see a partnership between Dato Anwar and our Chinese & Indians as an opportunity for our people to break the iron grip of UMNO on restricting the advancement of our people. By my strategy of rallying our Chinese brothers to vote for the opposition, we Chinese can improve our standing in the political environment in Malaysia and we do not need any favours from either UMNO or even Dato Seri Anwar; we stand alone and by our own strength, and if the opposition will join with us we welcome it and with a Malay Prime Minister at the head, we can both progress together in fairness and with justice. WE JUST DO NOT NEED ANY SUPPORT OR PATRONAGE FROM UMNO OR EVEN KEADILAN; and that is the beauty of my strategy; and I can say for the first time in 50 years of Merdeka, we can really achieve a just SOCIETY THAT IS LAW BASED AND GOVERNED BY LAW AND NOT BY CORRUPT JUDGES WHO DO NOT KNOW THE LAW.
The Chinese & Indians do not need corrupt leaders and today’s MCA & MIC leaders are incredibly corrupt and we therefore REJECT THEM ALL. Let us Chinese & Indians look to ourselves for guidance, we decide for ourselves what is good for us and not be influenced by such dirty politicians as that Samy Velloo & that OKT fellow; we do not want to let them draw strength from our voting right. We need to abandon this Samy Velloo fellow; he is the face of the arch Indian traitor, who will sell his wife to retain his position in the BN. TIME TO GO SAMY VELLOO !
I am posting this second part of my 5 part article this morning because I had just (2nd of Feb., ’08) watched on Al Jazeera TV a discussion coming from their Washington station on this very subject of my discussion ie. The “LATINO” community aggregating the power of their LATINO VOTE in this year’s USA Presidential election and the effect and power of their vote as a community. I find this discussion valuable because the situation that the “LATINO” face is the same as that faced by our Chinese & Indian brothers in Malaysia. The Latino are quite often illegal immigrants ( a worse situation than our Chinese people in Malaysia because in Malaysia, Chinese & Indians are at least citizens, and the Latino is usually not). The lesson that we wish to point out is that in California the Latino vote has become the deciding “swinging vote”; this is also the position that I am asking our Chinese & Indians to wrest and hold and control in their own hands. It is important that we do not surrender our voting power en bloc to the treachery of those scoundrels in both the MIC & MCA, because if we look to their leadership then we will have surrendered our last hope to gain equal citizenship to these very scoundrels who bargained away our rights to the Malays for their own aggrandizement.
Coming back to my original discussion, the Latino vote today is wielded like a sword in California, the state that has the biggest population; they have put the main stream WHITES INTO SECONDARY POSITION because the whites are quite evenly divided into DEMOCRACTS AND REPUBLICANS; and the Latino vote although smaller is THE SWINGING VOTE between the two main parties. The Latino do not belong to any particular party AND THAT IS THE IMPORATNT STRATEGY, that we do not belong to either the MCA or the MIC and we vote guided by our own requirement and our own needs; and in Malaysia we Chinese & Indians want equal rights to citizenship and we do not want to be second class citizenship. THIS MY BROTHERS BOTH INDIANS & CHINESE IS VERY DEFINITELY WITHIN OUR REACH. Do what I recommend just for once and watch what effect it will have to change for the better our status as Malaysians. The beauty of my strategy is that we must not vote as member of the MIC or MCA, we vote for ourselves and guided by our own demands. I say to all my brothers in the MIC & MCA to reject their evil and selfish hold on your destiny and ignore those who approach you for your vote. Spit on their faces and vote opposition.

I READ IN THE Singapore Straits Times this morning (1 Feb. ’08) that UMNO has gone into damage control and is wooing the Indians from alienating BN candidates in the March general elections. I do not doubt for one second that the DAMAGE TO INDIAN SUPPORT FOR THE BN. ARISING FROM THE HINDRAFF RIOTS IS PERMANENT, and no amount of conciliation from any of the RATS in both the MCA & MIC will do any good to repair the damage; and so it should be. Why do the Indians & Chinese “bend” whenever UMNO dictators say to the MCA & MIC “GIVE US YOUR ARSE !” For all of 50 years UMNO has fucked the Indians & the Chinese and the “OKT” have been the SAMY VELOOS AND OKTS of the MCA & MIC. I say to my Chinese brothers in the Indian & Chinese communities THAT THIS YEAR’S ELECTION YOU HAVE THE POWER TO FUCK UMNO BACK; will you Indians & Chinese give up your only chance to fuck UMNO both “back” and “front” ? I say to the Indians, “you fucking Indians have been the salves of the UMNO because that black fellow, SAMY VELLOO make you stick your arse up to the UMNO whenever they want “IT” (you know get fucked up again. I had earlier contributed a post under the title of “Chinese ought seek the balance of power role in Malaysia” and that will mean that all Chinese ought to and must DESERT OR TURN THEIR BACKS TO MCA & MIC and to VOTE en bloc for the opposition, be they PAS, or DAP, or Keadilan. The most important thing for all Chinese to remember is that for 50 years that you have put your thrust in the hands of the MCA you have got nothing while a handful of Chinese traitors got rich at your expense. Will you Chinese brothers again still vote for those fucking traitors in GERAKAN PARTY, THOSE IN THE FUCKING MAC OR MIC and live for another 50 years as the fucking slaves of the UMNO ? I have said in an earlier post that you fucking Chinese and Indians seek the balance or power position; this strategy is very relevant in the politics of Malaysia because both the Indians and the Chinese cannot in law win government SO WE SUPPORT THE PARTY THAT WILL AND IF OUR PARTNER (ANWAR IBRAHIM) DOES NOT DELIVER THEN WE VOTE UMNO. This is how the game is played. KNOW THAT BY MY STRATEGY YOU FUCKING CHINESE & INDIANS CAN ALWAYS VOTE OPPOSITION WHEN YOU ARE NOT TREATED RIGHT.
UMNO will be very nice to you fucking Indians & Chinese because they fucking need your help but as soon as they win government they will again fuck you off. I say the best bet for you fucking Chinese & Indians is to make Dato Dr. ANWAR IBRAHIM your next Prime Minister because Dr. Anwar has tasted “bitter” like our former PM Mr Lee Peng of China once said. You must have tasted BITTER to know the hardship of your people and Dr Anwar has tasted BITTER. I know that Dr. Anwar knows what he is talking about because he made a public statement in Aljazeera that Malaysia’s “AFFIRMATIVE ACTION HAS MADE MALAYSIA UNCOMPETITIVE. He said he was comparing Malaysia with smaller nations like Vietnam, Thailand & Fillipines (not with China); that is realistic because China is way ahead of all the other economies and said to be 3rd (third to USA & second to Germany).
MY SECOND PART IS ABOUT WHY I THINK DR. ANWAR IBRAHIM WILL DELIVER ON THE BEGINNING OF A JUST & EQUAL SOCIETY THAT WILL BE THE FIRST STEP TOWARDS THE REALISATION OF A TRULY MALAYSIAN MALAYSIA . this will be my 2nd article please return for more next week.

CHINESE MALAYSIANS NEED TO SEEK BALANCE OF POWER

Chinese Malaysians have been betrayed by those rats in the MCA, and therefore I will not even care to call them Chinese leaders. MCA officials are the floor mats of the UMNO leaders; they are just commercial opportunists seeking political advantage to aggrandize themselves. I spit on the MCA, Gerakan and the MIC officials. Let the Indians comment how unworthy of Indian support the MIC is to them.
It is amazing to me to watch this rat filled MCA betray the Chinese for a few bits of commercial licences that are usually given to Malays, but to Chinese traitors MCA sells out our people for these licences. I am not Malaysian and thank god that I ceased to be one from 1978 and now I am a proud Australian and I say to our Chnese brothers to migrate to Australia, we need 40,000 migrants from Asia for Western Australia alone. This is a great country; I can anticipate the obvious criticisms that I am not Malaysian, but I was and choose not to be one. I am not writing to the Indians and the Malays, I will leave that to their own people. I am writing to our Chinese brothers and I wish our brothers to know that for the past 50 years those rats in the MCA sold out our Chinese brothers and they will continue to sell us out if we let them.

I ask our Chinese not to get kicked around anymore. I say to you all chicken shit Chinese to vote “en-bloc” for the opposition even if the opposition is the “PAS”(the Islamic party). Malay UMNO leaders have learned to “spin” and project a feel good factor into their public statements relating to their most diabolical projects and making them appear to be advantageous to their intended victims (their minority races). The Americans and the NAZIS are masters of this art (created by Dr Goebbels, Nazis Propaganda Minister and spin was the Nazis tool to implement Hitler’s holocaust and the eradication of the Jews in Europe); as for example George W. Bush had secret plans to attack Iraq and steal Iraqi oil, the Pentagon spin doctors put out a barrage of public statements that Saddam was a beast & dictator and had to be removed for the good of the Iraqi people. This is spin concealing their true evil purpose behind sweet words that are aimed at masking the evil behind the words.
I just heard “Syed Albar” explain that the Malaysian Government is very reluctant to abuse their Internal Security Act, to jail activists as they had done to Hindraff leaders. This is the most diabolical spin if ever I heard one. The Malaysian Government would at the drop of a hat resort to the excesses of the ISA for the slightest of excuses. I remember how the Government abused the ISA to jail willy nilly 2 bit gangsters who they can find no evidence to charge them with. I had last night visitors from KL for dinner and the discussion veered to the Hindraff riot and the jailing of their leaders for attempted MURDER ? This is the height of the abuse of the Law. The truth is the Malaysian Government never hold themselves accountable; they do as they please; even if their actions constitutes criminal behaviour, a situation that I personally experienced myself in my dealing with Court of Appeal Judge Dato Zainon binti Mohd. Ali. I will submit my next article on the UNETHICAL behavior of Judge Zainon binti Mohd. Ali.
Coming back to our dinner discussion, my guests tells me and I can see the sense in their point of view; that the Hindraff Riot was a peaceful demonstration BUT THAT THE POLICE WERE INSTRUCTED TO PROVOKE A VIOLENT REACTION. Why did the police act in that manner (with violent water cannons laced with dangerous chemicals; and tear gas grenades). IF YOU CARE TO EXAMINE THE VIDEO OF THE POLICE RESPONSE, YOU WOULD FIND THAT IT WAS THE POLICE THAT INTENTIONALLY PROVOKED FEAR & CHAOS, firing into unarmed & totally helpless Indians who were out to demonstrate their dire economic plight as citizens of Malaysia. The did not deserve such callous and overly harsh abuse by armed police who bludgeoned them to within an inch of their lives. My guests were correct in their assessment of the brutality of police over reaction; UMNO leaders planned to cause the ILLUSION OF POLITICAL UP HEAVAL SO THAT THEY CAN HAVE THE OPTION TO DELAY THE UPCOMING ELECTION SET FOR 2008 BECAUSE DATO ANWAR IBRAHIM WILL BE FREE TO CONTEST THE ELECTION by then. I truly believe that if the indications on the Malaysian political scene was that UMNO will not win they will use the excuse of the Hindaff to impose EMERGENCY AND POSTPONE THE ELECTION.
Consider this proposition, how is it that UMNO is able to govern Malaysia for the last 50 years, WHEN UMNO IS UNABLE TO WIN IN ELECTIONS IN KELANTAN & TRENGGANU (both predominantly Malay constituencies ) ? I do not believe that support from both MIC & MCA (both ethnic parties are not representative of Indian & Chinese support). In the MIC I do not believe that Sammy Vellu has the genuine support of the Indians, hence this riot demonstrates that he does not have their support. In the MCA, their leadership too is all self serving and the MCA does not truly represent Chinese interests. Both the MIC & MCA are retained by UMNO to give the semblance of across the board support of all the communities that make up Malaysian society BUT IN TRUTH THE GOVERNMENT DISHONESTLY MANIPULATES THE BOLLOT BOXES AS SHOWN IN THE RECENT ELECTION IN KUALA SELANGOR.

This is where I am stating my point that Malay UMNO leaders have learned to “SPIN” and under the cover of spin they project the illusion that the government is an elected one when in truth the election of UMNO is by trickery, by ballot box stuffing. ALL MALAYSIANS MUST WAKE UP TO THE FACT THAT THE GOVERNMENT OF MALAYSIA RETAINS POWER BY FRAUD. It serves no one in Malaysia be they Malays or Chinese or Indians. A nation is only as strong as when all thei people work together for equal rights & equal opportunities. I am not writing and arguing for equal rights for the Chinese, because I believe that our Chinese are better off migrating to Australia. I have also written in my last letter that the number of Chinese remains relatively the same number of 4.5 million at the time of Merdeka; this means that there has been very substantial emigration from Malaysia, mostly to Singapore. I am also not interested to put up suggestions for the improvement of Malaysia or any such fantasy because the mind set of the Malays are that Malaysia belongs to them and that Chinese & Indians are not true Malaysians, it is already the mind set of the Malays that they are the superior race and that Malaysia belong to the Malays; but who is to say NO ? On the other hand IF THE MALAYS ARE SO SUPERIOR, WHY DO THEY STILL NOW NEED AFFIRMATIVE ACTIONS ?
It is sad that of the 24 million Malays only a handful have it all for the last 50 years and they form the elite that hogs all the benefits for themselves and their children and yet they are unable to advance in real terms. The Malays of today is as deprived as they were and still are deprived today. I ask UMNO how many of the Malays have advanced in real terms today as they were 50 years ago. Yes ! There are many Malays living in the modern towns like PJ, BUT WHAT IS MORE TELLING OF THE TRUE SITUATION IS THE QUESTION, HOW MANY MORE OF THE 24 MILLION LIVE IN THE COUNTRY SIDE ? That is the more important question. From my perspective the true count of Malays benefiting from the NEP are the bureaucrats; and that could only be in the hundreds of thousands (NOT EVEN IN THE FUCKING 1 MILLION); then the question that follows is, what has happened to the other 23 million Malay rakyat living in the Kampongs ? What have they benefited for voting UMNO ? NOTHING, not a fucking thing. The true Malay rakyat has still to awaken to the fraud perpetrated by their UMNO leaders, look at the lifestyle of any UMNO chief and measure his lifestyle to your own, and you will find that he (UMNO Chief) is just not deserving for such extravagance. UMNO leaders have learned to spin and they have become Malay Party spinner of fine tales of the BOUNTY THAT COME FROM DEPRIVING THE CHINESE & INDIANS of their rights as citizens of Malaysia..
My perspective is for the races of Malaysia to abolish the UMNO ploy of racism that do nothing for everybody else except to the sole benefit of UMNO leaders. I will write in my next letter to argue that it is time for all the races to abolish affirmative action because it benefits only the very, very few in UMNO. It is time to change Malaysian leaders and support the OPPOSITION because the politics of UMNO is not relevant to the Malaysia of the 21st century. The illusions that UMNO tell the Malays are an ILLUSION, that is in truth a contradiction of what GLOBALIZATION really means.
I read with amusement when I read that Dato Najib love to use the word “globonomics”, of course there is no such word in the dictionary, but it is quite ligitimate to invent words in the proper context, provided you make clear what you mean by it. What Najib means is that the would is today “globalized”, but I think he does not fully understand what “globalization really means because the politics of UMNO is the diametrically OPPOSITE of what globalization means; it means that the world has become “without borders” and that the utopia of globalization is that labour, capital and skills will migrate to the country that will provide the most EFFICIENT MODEL OF PRODUCTION. This concept is not anything LIKE MERELY PROVIDING CHEAP LABOUR. That is the misunderstanding of the concept; China is not merely the source of cheap labour; but China today is the most efficient producer of what they produce and they have left the USA behind for dead. On the other hand the USA today is the most inefficient producer of what they produce because their wages are too high. THIS IS INDEED THE PARADOX; how can we say that the USA is inefficient ? and that China beats the USA in this field ? I say this because the means of production includes “land, human resources and stability anchored in THE RULE OF LAW. China has the equal of all these factors as those that exists in the USA, but China beats the USA in costs therefore China is able to produce at a fraction of the costs as that of the Americans. Just for example the graduating of engineers, China yearly producers a few hundred of thousands of these graduates; they even beat the USA both in numbers and quality.
Malaysia by contrast to the developments in China, is not competitive on the level of globalization because by the curse of racial discrimination, Malaysia has tied one hand behind their backs. It is not difficult to see that the students that the Malaysian Government so far has been sending abroad to study is not relevant to achieving the aims of preparing the nation to compete on a globalised stage. Malaysia does not have the talent pool to go anywhere. The world will pass Malaysia by and when you wake up you will be lagging behind such power houses like Vietnam, Thailand, Phillippines. Of course the Koreas, China, India Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan are worlds apart AHEAD OF MALAYSIA. You Malays will never see what is right there in front of you. You have the uncanny ability to dig your head in the sand.
Malaysia will never change because their leaders are not too bright and not to sophisticated in addition to their half baked ignorance. I highly recommend that all Chinese & Indians with acceptable skills & qualification to migrate to Australia. Remember for the first time Australia will take in 400,000 of these migrants over 10 years just for the state of QWestern Australia. MALAYSI BELONGS TO THE MALAYS.

I am also not interested to put up suggestions for the improvement of Malaysia or any such fantasy because the mind set of the Malays are that Malaysia belongs to them and that Chinese & Indians are not true Malaysians, it is already the mind set of the Malays that they are the superior race and that Malaysia belong to the Malays; but who is to say NO ? On the other hand IF THE MALAYS ARE SO SUPERIOR, WHY DO THEY STILL NOW NEED AFFIRMATIVE ACTIONS ?
It is sad that of the 24 million Malays only a handful have it all for the last 50 years and they form the elite that hogs all the benefits for themselves and their children and yet they are unable to advance in real terms. The Malays of today is as deprived as they were and still are deprived today. I ask UMNO how many of the Malays have advanced in real terms today as they were 50 years ago. Yes ! There are many Malays living in the modern towns like PJ, BUT WHAT IS MORE TELLING OF THE TRUE SITUATION IS THE QUESTION, HOW MANY MORE OF THE 24 MILLION LIVE IN THE COUNTRY SIDE ? That is the more important question. From my perspective the true count of Malays benefiting from the NEP are the bureaucrats; and that could only be in the hundreds of thousands (NOT EVEN IN THE FUCKING 1 MILLION); then the question that follows is, what has happened to the other 23 million Malay rakyat living in the Kampongs ? What have they benefited for voting UMNO ? NOTHING, not a fucking thing. The true Malay rakyat has still to awaken to the fraud perpetrated by their UMNO leaders, look at the lifestyle of any UMNO chief and measure his lifestyle to your own, and you will find that he (UMNO Chief) is just not deserving for such extravagance. UMNO leaders have learned to spin and they have become Malay Party spinner of fine tales of the BOUNTY THAT COME FROM DEPRIVING THE CHINESE & INDIANS of their rights as citizens of Malaysia..
My perspective is for the races of Malaysia to abolish the UMNO ploy of racism that do nothing for everybody else except to the sole benefit of UMNO leaders. I will write in my next letter to argue that it is time for all the races to abolish affirmative action because it benefits only the very, very few in UMNO. It is time to change Malaysian leaders and support the OPPOSITION because the politics of UMNO is not relevant to the Malaysia of the 21st century. The illusions that UMNO tell the Malays are an ILLUSION, that is in truth a contradiction of what GLOBALIZATION really means.
I read with amusement when I read that Dato Najib love to use the word “globonomics”, of course there is no such word in the dictionary, but it is quite ligitimate to invent words in the proper context, provided you make clear what you mean by it. What Najib means is that the would is today “globalized”, but I think he does not fully understand what “globalization really means because the politics of UMNO is the diametrically OPPOSITE of what globalization means; it means that the world has become “without borders” and that the utopia of globalization is that labour, capital and skills will migrate to the country that will provide the most EFFICIENT MODEL OF PRODUCTION. This concept is not anything LIKE MERELY PROVIDING CHEAP LABOUR. That is the misunderstanding of the concept; China is not merely the source of cheap labour; but China today is the most efficient producer of what they produce and they have left the USA behind for dead. On the other hand the USA today is the most inefficient producer of what they produce because their wages are too high. THIS IS INDEED THE PARADOX; how can we say that the USA is inefficient ? and that China beats the USA in this field ? I say this because the means of production includes “land, human resources and stability anchored in THE RULE OF LAW. China has the equal of all these factors as those that exists in the USA, but China beats the USA in costs therefore China is able to produce at a fraction of the costs as that of the Americans. Just for example the graduating of engineers, China yearly producers a few hundred of thousands of these graduates; they even beat the USA both in numbers and quality.
Malaysia by contrast to the developments in China, is not competitive on the level of globalization because by the curse of racial discrimination, Malaysia has tied one hand behind their backs. It is not difficult to see that the students that the Malaysian Government so far has been sending abroad to study is not relevant to achieving the aims of preparing the nation to compete on a globalised stage. Malaysia does not have the talent pool to go anywhere. The world will pass Malaysia by and when you wake up you will be lagging behind such power houses like Vietnam, Thailand, Phillippines. Of course the Koreas, China, India Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan are worlds apart AHEAD OF MALAYSIA. You Malays will never see what is right there in front of you. You have the uncanny ability to dig your head in the sand.
Malaysia will never change because their leaders are not too bright and not to sophisticated in addition to their half baked ignorance. I highly recommend that all Chinese & Indians with acceptable skills & qualification to migrate to Australia. Remember for the first time Australia will take in 400,000 of these migrants over 10 years just for the state of QWestern Australia. MALAYSI BELONGS TO THE MALAYS.
